Double Grate Turner:
The Double Grate Turner is an optional accessory for the Carolina
Cooker. The turner provides a simple and easy way to quickly flip any
type of meat that you might be cooking on your grill. With the lift
handles on the side, one person can easily lift the grates up on one side,
secure it with the attached pin, move to the other side and repeat the
process to raise the grate. Or, two people can lift and turn the grate
with simple ease.

this Double Grate Turner as an optional feature. If you're cooking
chickens, ribs, shoulders or even a whole hog, the Double Grate Turner
is a fast and easy way to flip the meats in one quick motion.
