Carolina Cooker owner Bill Marett submitted these photos of his Competition BBQ Team known as the "Big B's Pig-N-Aters." 

The team was setup for competition at the Eastern North Carolina BBQ Throwdown in Rocky Point, North Carolina. 

Bill says this is a KCBS sanctioned event and that his team has been cooking on the circuit for two years now.

The team is a combination of Marion's Catering and family along with Mary Lou's Barbecue Sauce and family.

Bill says, "My Carolina Cooker is AWESOME.  The optional charcoal pan is perfect for competitions and the gas burner works great for the catering business."

 Bill goes on to say that, "I've had dozens of compliments on my Carolina Cooker and the food that's cooked on it."

We liked his closing comments to us when he said, "Thanks and remember, there's no time like today to have a cookout."

The Big B's Pig-N-Aters are out of Wilmington, North Carolina and plan on participating in 7 competitions in 2011.
